One of the advantages that internet gave us is that it provides possibilities to partnership in order to achieve a productive collaboration, beyond the limits of a company.
Nobel Prize winner Ronald Coase explained the essence of the existence of the companies "the theory of the firm" (1937) with the fact that it is cheaper to organize themselves under an organizational umbrella rather than in an open market. The analog paradigm, based in this idea, has been the habitat of organizations that have thrived and were conceived as enclosed structures.
A network society: global, digital and interconnected requires new models of productive organization, other than those that were consolidated under the roof of Industrial Revolution.
We live a crisis of the system, with a dramatic impact on an economy that must abandon outdated models and rely more and more on the use of collective knowledge, in stimulating innovation processes and in the intensive application, but intelligent, of the available technology.
The Project stems from the need to manage talent around projects without resorting to rigid structures of work organization based on the industrialization of production.
The Project is a platform of professional relationship that applies network dynamics for a productive collaboration between its nodes.
Nodes are people, independent professionals or small businesses, teaming up around common Projects.
There are many types of networks with different aims: socialization, knowledge sharing, promoting of common values (causes). The Project is a nodal company whose main goal is the realization of Projects.
This approach allows us to design special teams for unique projects, to serve the needs of each client and each challenge, while respecting the independence and individuality of each professional and creating spaces of freedom, sharing, mutual support and welfare that result in satisfaction and quality of work.
Working with knowledge as raw material and/or given value to customer, forces us to become R&D teams, where flexibility, diversity and collaborati are essential for the resolution of the problems we face.
We are creating a space where research and study, not only do not conflict with the business but they form a natural symbiotic relationship. A space that allows the identification of needs and development of business projects a mix between creativity, investment ability and performance. We aim to have no customers but knowledge partners, forming international business networks hat enable viable collaboration. We do not sell the acquired knowledge: we create knowledge, we co-create strategies with these partner-customers and we help them to implement them in their business.
This network brings together consultants, technologists, humanists, engineers and artists from diverse backgrounds and life paths. ... We think that the projects increasingly require complementary skills, diversity of glances and a healthy mix of generalists and specialists.
And from this diversity that allows an open structure, we conceptualize and execute projects related to knowledge management, collaborative processes and the implementation of technology to the changes that are occurring in the organizations and institutions of the Network Society: Design and dynamization of knowledge networks, training in digital skills, social media strategies, active listening, Software Development, Smartphone Apps, strategic communication plans, knowledge and change management, training and support to leadership in digital environments ... etc. We do not have a closed or specific portfolio, but these are some of the lines of work that are open and active at this moment.
In this space we want to expose and share who we are, what we do and what is the knowledge that is generated in projects, labs (think tank's) and events in which we take part.
